Thank you Mitra. Very interesting. I guess the question myself, and many others are wondering, how will the US/Israeli war in the MidEast get resolved?

Sounds like Iran is planning to open the Strait to all ships other than US and Israeli ships.

So will the US just sail away? I imagine Isreal will want to keep attacking, knowing Israel.

Iran says that its missing is to destroy Isreal. So I suppose that war will continue. What about the US?

Happy Monday to you as well.

Thanks for the interesting presentation. Of course the tribes in KSA and Jordan are historically important and have forced their leaders to find solutions to many challenges as others in the Middle East (ME) have also done. Similarly, the ME has been pulled in many directions for millennia and perhaps this new organization foretells a shift. But you don’t address why these three countries aligned together. Perhaps it is more of a signal to Iran that they don’t have all the cards in terms of the region and be careful how far you push. There are greater risks than those from the west.

AIR seems more like an Islamic BRICS than an Islamic NATO. The main point seems to be working with neighbors in the region as opposed to subservience to the U.S. hegemon.

Thank you for the learning opportunity. I am curious about a situation where nations that have long term educational and cultural traditions that emphasize math and science as well as effective obstetric and child care have a logistical advantage. How can it be denied that restriction of education via propaganda against scientific research together with restrictions on having children and ivf could make a nation unable to compete economically?
