THE CHINA-IRAN-RUSSIA ALLIANCE: REDEFINING WEST ASIA AND THE NEW ASIATIC GLOBAL ORDER.
Inside the January 30th Pact: How the $ 55 billion mBridge and the new Lebanon GCI Hub are 'bricking' Western infrastructure and creating a parallel global economy.

For decades, the Middle East was governed by a single, unshakable reality: the American security umbrella and the dominance of the Petrodollar. If a port were to be built, Western capital would be used. If that port had to be defended, it would be so by America-purchased jets. But as the world moved into 2026, that era hasn’t just ended; it has been replaced.
Today, the world is witnessing a disciplined three-way pivot. While the West remains focused on traditional warfare and sections, China, Iran, and Russia (CIR) have shifted their strategy to the “war of attrition.” They are building a new world order where the approval of the Western world is no longer necessary.

The “triangle” alliance was formally drawn on January 30, 2026, with the signing of the Trilateral Strategic Pact between China, Iran, and Russia. Unlike any of their unified or individual agreements, this pact explicitly combines the three powers into a single coordinated military and economic framework.
Described by Tehran as a “Joint Commitment to Sovereign Independence,” this is a formal birth of the C.I.R. (China-Iran-Russia) Alliance designed to neutralize Western ‘unilateral coercion’ and initiate a new “Asiatic Global Order.”
The core of this blueprint is a parallel Digital financial system known as the mBridge Protocol. This system allows the Alliance to settle multi-billion-dollar energy trades in national currencies, bypassing the Western Swift system and U.S. sanctions entirely.
As of February 2026, for example, this system has processed over $55 billion in transactions. More importantly, the Digital Yuan now accounts for more than 95% of that settlement volume. This system isn’t just a workaround for sanctions; it is a total ‘de-dollarization’ of the Eurasian region. By moving energy and infrastructure payments onto these parallel digital rails, the C.I.R. has created a clean system where billions of dollars can flow into the region without ever touching a Western Bank.
This economic fortress is protected by a physical and technological shield already present in the waters of the Gulf of Oman. Under the Maritime Security Belt 2026 drills, Russian frigates and Chinese destroyers are patrolling alongside Iranian forces to protect critical trade routes. This “Security Belt” ensures that any of these members can move their energy and trading goods through the Strait of Hormuz without interference from Western blockades. Behind this military wall of steel, the Chinese intelligence service, Ninth Bureau, is replacing Iranian Western hardware with an encrypted system, creating another layer of digital protection.
The clearest proof of this strategic shift lies in China’s calculated but sudden ‘divorce’ from Israel. On February 6, 2026, Beijing officially designated Israel as a ‘Red Category’ high-risk zone, effectively freezing all new Chinese investments in the region.
The decision, however, extended beyond financial consideration. China also initiated a complete withdrawal of its personnel. By removing engineers and managers who oversaw critical structures, such as the Bayport in Haifa and tunneling projects in Tel Aviv, China effectively dismantled the very high-tech infrastructure it helped to develop.
These experts, however, didn’t simply go back to China; they were redeployed. On February 7, 2026, the Chinese GCI Group, a consortium of 25 specialized companies, inaugurated a massive regional logistics and administrative command center in Chtoura, Lebanon. Located just 50km from Damascus, the hub is the new “brain” for the reconstruction of Syria and Iraq.
By moving its technical support to Lebanon, China effectively transferred the same AI and high-tech infrastructure that it once gave to Israel, directly into the heart of the Eurasian Sovereign Axis.
For the world, the blueprint is no longer a theory. It is a physical reality, and the keys to the future have been handed to a new door.
This is part 1 of my new 6-Part “War of Attrition” series.
Stay tuned for Part 2: The Haifa Extraction, dropping this Saturday.
We will go from the strategic map to the ground level, exploring the reality of “Headless Ports” in Haifa. We will see what can happen to a nation’s security when the Chinese “password and people” leave, and why this exit is the first real-world domino to fall in the new War of Attrition.
